Absa Bank Ghana has not too long ago upgraded its East Legon department to serve Premier, Prestige, and Business shoppers. The upgraded companies had been unveiled in a brief ceremony on the newly expanded and refurbished East Legon department premises.
Absa’s prime administration and a few esteemed shoppers attended the launch ceremony, which included a ribbon-cutting, a guided tour of the upgraded services, and displays detailing the brand new companies provided. The department now contains a fashionable and welcoming atmosphere to reinforce the general banking expertise. It is a big addition to the financial institution’s community of 51 branches, 12 Prestige centres, 4 Premier centres, 2 businesses, and 1 Premier suite.
Doreen Afesi, the Branch Manager, highlighted Absa Bank’s dedication to responsiveness and consumer wants in her remarks: “We are here because we listened, we heard your need for a more convenient and comfortable banking space with upgraded services, and we have delivered.”
Edward Nartey Botchway, Absa Bank’s Managing Director, commented on the growth: “We are committed to providing our customers with an enhanced experience across all touchpoints, whether you interact with us digitally or in any of our service centres.”
