Andoni Iraola has once more shared his delight at how issues are going at Bournemouth, following a formidable first season with the Cherries.
The Bournemouth manager has been speaking to Unión Rayo concerning the membership after showing in a legends match for former membership Rayo Vallecano.
The Spanish boss swapped Rayo for Bournemouth final summer time, arriving as a substitute for Gary O’Neil, a choice that was questioned on the time after O’Neil had impressed in cost on the membership.
That choice seemed to be a poor one as Iraola struggled to get Bournemouth stepping into his first 9 matches and the Cherries regarded like relegation candidates.
That noticed Iraola being touted as one of many managers of the season, with the Cherries ending only a level outdoors of the highest ten regardless of their winless run to start out the season.
Things on the membership are wanting rosy and Iraola is definitely pleased, seeing similarities together with his former membership too.
“In football you never know, I am very happy in England, and I have renewed for another season,” he mentioned.
“The contract in the coaching world is not of much use, but I want to try to do very well there. Bournemouth’s project is very good, young people with a long career.
“That has a close similarity with Rayo, although Rayo has more history than Bournemouth, but it does have a humble feeling. Each club has its characteristics, but with similarities.”
