The attorneys for the Parliament of Ghana have written to the Supreme Court, asking the apex courtroom to expedite the listening to of Richard Sky’s and Dr. Amanda Odoi’s interlocutory injunction instances in opposition to the legislature over the anti-LGBTQ+ invoice.

The attorneys contend that whereas the instances of Richard Dela Sky and Dr. Odoi are nonetheless ongoing, an identical case involving the MP for South Dayi, Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, has already been heard.
The attorneys additional maintained that each instances are equivalent to the South Dayi MP’s swimsuit, which was heard and decided on Wednesday, March 27.

Meanwhile, the Attorney-General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, mentioned he filed for an expedited listening to within the matter of the South Dayi MP, Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor.
