The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has cautioned the travelling public to be cautious of the actions of middlemen/brokers who purport to have the power to safe citizenship, resident permits and job gives in battle areas and in nations at battle.
The Ministry stated these journeys are perilous and sometimes have dire penalties.
