Leeds United being relegated to the Championship was taken very badly at Juventus. The Turin club had loaned Weston McKennie to the Whites in the January window and it was claimed that if they managed to stay in the Premier League then the move would be made permanent for around €35m.
That seemed like a hugely advantageous deal for Juve, but unfortunately for them it didn’t come to fruition and they now have to find a new home for the US international.

There’s nothing concrete yet and the 19-year-old is simply one of a number of potential signings being considered by Juventus.
Whenever he’s been given the chance, Gnonto has made it clear how happy he is at Leeds United and there’s every chance he’ll continue if assured he’ll be a prominent player.
That could be better for his future than potentially fading into the shadows at Juventus.
