1 teaspoon smoked paprika
400 g Chopped tomatoes (1 can)
1 tablespoon Chopped recent thyme or half teaspoon dried thyme
200 g King prawns (1 cup)
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Line a baking pan with foil to cease the backyard egg from sticking. Reduce the stalks off the backyard eggs, reduce them into half and place them on the baking pan. Sprinkle some salt and canopy with foil.
Enable to cook dinner for round 15 minutes.
Carry out of the oven and pour in a bowl. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the backyard eggs correctly.
Whereas the backyard eggs are within the oven, warmth up the oil in a pan beneath medium warmth.
Add the onions and cook dinner till translucent.
Pour within the garlic, curry powder, smoked paprika and pepper flakes. Stir constantly for 30 secs.
Add chopped tomatoes and thyme. Cowl the pan and permit to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir just a few instances to stop sticking.
Add the prawns and the mashed backyard eggs with some salt. Combine nicely and canopy the pan for one more 5 minutes beneath low warmth
