Police have arrested the motive force of a truck that attempted to manoeuvre beneath the Hong Kong footbridge on the George Walker Bush freeway regardless of exceeding the peak restrict with its cargo.
The truck, which was heading in the direction of Tema, bought caught beneath the footbridge and police say efforts are underway to take away the tuck.
Images from the scene present a part of the cargo on the truck has made contact with the underside of the footbridge.
Based on the Police, MTTD personnel from Odorkor are on the scene, directing site visitors.
Additionally, the Better Accra Regional Upkeep Supervisor of the Ghana Highways Authority is on the scene to assist the police with on the spot investigations.
