Former Hearts of Oak participant Charles Allotey has harshly criticised the present crew, describing them as missing high quality after their poor run of kind within the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
Their current struggles had been highlighted by a slim loss to Aduana FC.
The former midfielder feels that the present squad lacks ardour and dedication, enjoying with out the seriousness or depth wanted to succeed.
Allotey believes this lack of need has considerably contributed to the membership’s present struggles within the league.
Speaking solely to Akoma FM in Kumasi, the previous CAF Champions League winner Charles Allotey acknowledged,”Hearts’ elementary issues have every part to do with the gamers, not the coach.
“They don’t play with the same intensity that we used to display anytime we donned the rainbow jersey. The players are not serious at all, a player like Linda, who is performing well, finds it difficult to locate his attackers in the final third, and Salifu has been playing poorly lately.”
“They play as if there may be nothing at stake. It’s annoying to observe them play. Hearts of Oak is now like trash as a result of the present crop of gamers doesn’t meet the membership’s excessive requirements of the membership. Any time I watch them play, I snicker“. He concluded.
Hearts of Oak are twelfth on the league log with 38 factors after match week 30 leaving them simply 5 factors above the drop zone.
They play their rivals Asante Kotoko subsequent on the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
