A Kwara State Excessive Courtroom has sentenced a self-styled ‘Alfa’, Jamiu Isiaka, to twenty-eight years in jail for impersonating presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina to defraud a South Korean.
The Ilorin zonal command of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC), had on June 14, 2019, arraigned the defendant on four-count prices, to which he pleaded not responsible.
Mr Isiaka had introduced himself because the president’s spokesperson and a former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian Nationwide Petroleum Company (NNPC), late Maikanti Baru, to defraud South Korean Keun Sig Kim of N30 million.
