Gospel singer Dele Agbeyo, affectionately generally known as Dele Gold, has handed away. His demise comes only a month after the lack of fellow musician Aduke Ajayi, also referred to as Aduke Gold. The information of Agbeyo’s demise was confirmed by his colleague Alayo Melody on social media on Wednesday.
Dele Gold reportedly handed away after a short sickness.
Melody expressed his grief in a put up, saying, “Dele Gold died kee?? Ahhh This is getting too much ooo!!!! May God help us stop this untimely death. Dele Agbeyo, may your soul rest well.”
Fellow gospel singer Wonder Doyin Kujore additionally shared his sorrow on Instagram, writing, “Nothing in this world… let us live today and leave tomorrow for God. It saddens my heart to post about those who die prematurely, but I have to pay my last respects. Rest in peace Dele Agbotikuyo, Dele Gold.”
Dele Gold received extra recognition after he collaborated with Juju music legend Ebenezer Obey on his album in 2019.
His passing marks a major loss to the gospel music communities.
