Crystal Palace midfielder, Jeffery Schlupp has stated their late comeback in opposition to Leicester City proves they had been decided to combat.

Schlupp revealed that Vieira had instructed him to assist Edouard within the Palace assault.
“The gaffer has put me on to try and impact the game, and get in the box,” he defined. “I managed to do this immediately and clearly I’m completely satisfied to get the objective. I’ll take the objectives nonetheless they arrive. I needed to get within the field and with my header, I simply needed to get it on the right track.
“[Vieira] told me to play in the pockets, play close to the strikers as a right-forward and I managed to find myself close to the goal – and I managed to get myself into the box and get a goal.”
