The Police Professional Standards Bureau (PPSB) has begun investigations right into a viral video wherein a lady is alleging misconduct in opposition to an officer.
The lady, who identifies herself as gospel musician Perpetual Didier, claimed her brother, SHadrach Eku, was manhandled by a police officer on the West Hills Mall on Monday, resulting in his death.
She stated her brother, 32, was because of journey on Tuesday, January 31 and had gone to the Mall to purchase a number of issues for himself.
However, a scuffle broke out between him and an officer, who demanded to examine his procuring bag.
