The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has accepted the resignation from workplace, with fast impact, of Ebenezer Kojo Kum, Member of Parliament for Ahanta West, as Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs.
This was after Ebenezer Kojo Kum submitted his letter of resignation to the President on Friday, February third 2023.
The President has tasked the Minister for Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development, Hon Dan Botwe, MP to behave as caretaker Minister on the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, till a substantive substitute is made.
This was contained in an announcement signed by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications on the presidency.
