The President of Ghana has hosted America’s Stevie Wonder on the Jubilee House in Accra.
Stevie Wonder arrived in Ghana earlier right now for some tasks.
He made a courtesy name to the President who determined to have a good time his( Stevie Wonder) birthday with him.
Stevie Wonder, a long-time admirer of Ghana and its wealthy cultural heritage, expressed deep gratitude, pleasure and honour bestowed upon him.
According to him, he has been drawn to Ghana’s vibrant tradition and heat hospitality and he was thrilled to now name himself a Ghanaian citizen.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo additionally conferred a Ghanaian citizenship standing on Stevie Wonder.
At a quick ceremony on the Jubilee House, the famend singer, expressed delight on the honour executed him.
“I guess it’s just the lineage I felt Ghana, I felt my civilisation was there and I was there where it began. So, I thank all of you so very much. I always say this is the beginning, [the best part of the rest of my life got to do God’s promised],” he acknowledged.
