A primary-year feminine scholar at Laikipia College’s predominant campus, in Kenya, has been killed by a person alleged to be her roommate’s boyfriend.
The deceased, Gertrude Chepkoech, was eradicated by the person, recognized as Ezra, a non-student alleged to be a motor rider regionally known as Boda Boda.
The incident reportedly occurred on Thursday, September 29, 2021, within the establishment’s Peka hostels after which Ezra tried to take his personal life.
After different college students realised what he had completed, they cornered him and began stoning him.
The suspected killer was rescued by the police whereas in important situation. A witness mentioned the person, who had travelled from Nakuru, visited his girlfriend final week however they’re mentioned to have quarrelled.
In the course of the argument, his girlfriend raised the alarm accusing the person of forcing himself into their room.
